Collaborative Simulation: Humanistic Healthcare Training through Sustainable Collaborative Simulation Method (SCSM)

The dataset is in Portuguese. This description explains the variables used.
Dataset describes the application of an intervention of Collaborative Simulation, with 3 practical simulation sessions (with Standerdized Patients in specific controlled scenarios) and 2 sessions of Feedback and Feedfoward applied between each practical simulation (with teaching and learning of health communication skills).
Sample of 22 participants (Medical Imaging and Radiotherapy students) coded as participant 1 to 22 (“Participante 1 - 22”). The sample is characterized by the variables Age (“idade”) and Sex (“Sexo”). Participants completed 3 practical simulation sessions (“…_SP1-3”), in which 4 different evaluators (“Avaliador1-4”) assessed the performance in terms of providing humanistic healthcare in standardized patients representing young adults patients in “SP1”, patients with disabilities in “SP2” and elderly patients in “SP3”.
The parameters evaluated were: Interviewing Skills (“AT_1_SP1”), (“AT_1_SP2”) and (“AT_1_SP3”); Execution/ Dynamism (“EDT_2_SP1”), (“EDT_2_SP2”) and (“EDT_2_SP3”); Professionalism and Human Qualities (“QHP_3_SP1”), (“QHP_3_SP2”) and (“QHP_3_SP3”); Counseling Skills (“OT_4_SP1”), (“OT_4_SP2”) and (“OT_4_SP3”); Clinical Judgment (“RT_5_SP1”), (“RT_5_SP2”) and (“RT_5_SP3”); Organization/Efficiency (“OET_6_SP1”), (“OET_6_SP2”) and (“OET_6_SP3”); Overall Competence (“CG_7_SP1”), (“CG_7_SP2”) and (“CG_7_SP3”).
The measures had a time difference of 1 week between the “SP1” and “SP2” and 2 weeks from “SP2” to “SP3”, the total duration of intervention was 4 week.
