Fine root production on Hog Island chronosequence at the Virginia Coast Reserve . 1991

The data include live fine roots (less than or equal to 2 mm diameter). Root growth was sampled at 10, 20, 30 and 40 cm depth. All data are in g/meter square/year. Fine roots were extracted along a chronosequence of barrier island and dune communities.
