资源简介:

Overview This repository contains the comprehensive calibration dataset, model source code, and global spatial-temporal simulation results for the PML-V2.2 (Penman-Monteith-Leuning) model. It provides all the necessary inputs, parameters, and scripts to reproduce the site-level model validations and evaluate global water-carbon cycle dynamics (Evapotranspiration and Gross Primary Production). Reference If you use this dataset or code in your research, please cite the following related paper: Xu, Z., Zhang, Y., Kong, D., Ma, N., & Zhang, X. (2026). It also includes the example scripts used to extract data, run site-level simulations, evaluate consistency, and generate the final figures presented in the manuscript. 3. figure.zip (Global Patterns & Trends) This folder provides the underlying data for the manuscript's key global figures. figure_9_10_PML_V2.2c_global_pattern_*.nc (6 NetCDF files): Global spatial patterns of Evapotranspiration (ET), Gross Primary Production (GPP), Water Use Efficiency (WUE), and ET component fractions (Ec_fraction, Ei_fraction, Es_fraction). Note: Values in these NetCDF files are explicitly clamped to the plotting limits used in the manuscript figures for direct visualization consistency. figure11_PML_V2.2c_global_mean.csv: Global mean annual time-series data for the core variables (ET, GPP, WUE, Ec, Es, Ei) used to evaluate long-term interannual trends. Usage Notes & Support Quick Start: To reproduce the workflows or utilize the data, please download and extract the three .zip files into a single working directory. The provided example R scripts in the code directory are pre-configured to read data seamlessly from the unzipped calibration and figure folders. Recommendation: It is highly recommended to use our latest data updates to ensure high accuracy! Contact: For any support or inquiries, please contact Zhenwu Xu at xuzhenwu@igsnrr.ac.cn.
