Chromosomal identification of aneuploidy in oysters

Identification of extra or missing chromosomes in banded aneuploid karyotypes of the pearl oyster Pinctada imbricata, to assess if the gain/loss is random or if there are chromosomal pairs more prone to loss/gain of chromosomes.

本研究针对珠母贝（Pinctada imbricata）的显带非整倍体核型中存在的额外或缺失染色体开展鉴定，旨在评估染色体的增减是否为随机事件，抑或存在部分染色体对更易发生染色体丢失或额外获得的情况。
