Hybrid tin halide perovskites (HTHPs) are a promising alternative to lead-based perovskites. We will employ time-resolved diffraction anomalous fine structure (DAFS) at the Zn K-edge to monitor the efficiency of electron transfer and the electron lifetime in ZnO/HTHP heterostructures from the electron acceptor side (ZnO), which are key factors in improving perovskite solar cells and supporting the global shift to renewable energy.

杂化卤化锡钙钛矿(Hybrid tin halide perovskites,HTHPs)是极具应用前景的含铅钙钛矿替代材料。本研究将采用锌K边(Zn K-edge)的时间分辨衍射反常精细结构(time-resolved diffraction anomalous fine structure,DAFS)技术,从电子受体侧(ZnO)入手,对ZnO/HTHP异质结内的电子转移效率与电子寿命开展监测。上述两项参数是优化钙钛矿太阳能电池性能、支撑全球可再生能源转型的核心关键因素。
