Supplementary data and reproducibility code for the study “Ambient heat exposure and hospital admissions for urolithiasis in Brazil: a nationwide ecological study, 2014-2025”. This repository contains the final federative unit-month analytical dataset, daily-derived heat exposure metrics, NB2 model results and diagnostics, exploratory stratified analyses, data dictionary, ERA5-Land extraction and heat-metric derivation scripts, statistical reproduction code, and validation documentation. All data are aggregated and contain no individual-level patient identifiers. This version updates the reproducibility materials following peer review.
