Anterior-posterior and lateral radiographs of WT (n = 29), Nf1+/− (n = 18), Nf1flox/flox;PeriCre (n = 46), Nf1flox/−;PeriCre (n = 41), Nf1flox/flox;Col2.3Cre (n = 15), and Nf1flox/−;Col2.3Cre (n = 20) mice were acquired to screen for the presence of vertebral fusion anomalies.
