The statistical analyses presented in the paper were calculated from this archived datasets.<br>This dataset is organised in three spreadsheets for the species data, growth rate and Photosynthetic efficiency. The first five columns show the lake, conditioning, the phase, treatment levels and replicates, respectively.<br>
