Macaque MHC haplotype analysis.

MHC haplotypes of MV1-F4 vaccinees, F51–F58, were determined by microsatellite analysis and haplotypes with recombination were resolved by allele-specific PCR. Intact haplotypes, M1–M7, have been previously identified in Mauritian cynomolgus macaques [62], [63].MV1-F4疫苗接种者（F51–F58）的MHC（Major Histocompatibility Complex）单倍型通过微卫星分析完成分型；携带重组事件的单倍型则通过等位基因特异性PCR得以解析。此前已在毛里求斯食蟹猴（Mauritian cynomolgus macaques）中鉴定得到完整的M1–M7单倍型[62], [63]。
