Medicinal plants of Colombia

The current lack of information on the diversity and population structure of different non-model plant species, such as medicinal plants, has made it difficult to associate their properties with their genetics, as well as to standardize their cultivation. That is why the objective of this project was to know and analyze their genome and the metagenome of the different ecosystems where they were found.
