The Michael J. Fox Foundation (MJFF) collected AGO2 exRNA samples for distribution to interested individuals. Overall design: AGO2 small RNA-Seq profiles were isolated using anti-AGO2 immunoprecipitation from plasma from healthy human controls. RNA-Seq raw data is to be made available through dbGaP (controlled access) due to patient privacy concerns.
