We measured leaf and stem methane fluxes of five tree species in the floodplain of Lake St-Pierre using the Licor Li-7810. Measurements were made in 6 blocks each divided in a 'high flood frequency' and a 'low flood frequency' plot in July 2023, October 2023 and July 2024. We also measured different environmental parameters (Soil humidity, temperature and conductivity; irradiance) and tree traits (tree diameter, wood and bark density, humidity and pH, leaf humidity, pH and stomatal conductance). * Data are available on demand and will be publicly available once the paper will be published.

本研究使用Licor Li-7810型分析仪,对圣皮埃尔湖(Lake St-Pierre)湖滨泛滥平原内5个树木物种的叶片与茎秆甲烷通量开展测定。实验共设置6个样区,每个样区划分为"高洪水频率"与"低洪水频率"两种样地,测定时段涵盖2023年7月、2023年10月及2024年7月。本研究同时测定了多项环境参数(土壤湿度、温度、电导率与辐照度)及树木性状指标(树木直径、木材与树皮密度、湿度及pH值,叶片湿度、pH值与气孔导度)。 * 本数据集可按需获取,待论文正式发表后将面向公众公开。
