Software to reproduce Fig.2 and SFig.16

Software to reproduce Fig.2 and SFig.16 from \"Systematic characterization of maturation time of fluorescent proteins in living cells\". This repository contains (i) Matlab functions to generate the panels in Fig.2 and SFig. 16 that contain data, (ii)a ReadMe file that describes how to run the programs.

本软件可复现《活细胞内荧光蛋白成熟时间的系统性表征》（"Systematic characterization of maturation time of fluorescent proteins in living cells"）一文中的图2及补充图16（SFig.16）。本代码仓库包含两项内容：(i) 用于生成图2与SFig.16中含实验数据子图的Matlab函数；(ii) 一份说明如何运行上述程序的ReadMe文件。
