Evaluation of imputation accuracy using the combination of two high density panels in Nelore beef cattle

Files used to produce the results in the paper "Evaluation of imputation accuracy using the combination of two high density panels in Nelore beef cattle". There are genotype files in Plink format after quality control (three files - *.bed,*.bim and *.fam) for each panel used in the analysis.本数据集用于生成论文《内洛尔肉牛双高密度基因分型面板组合的基因型填充（imputation）准确性评估》的研究结果。针对本分析中使用的每一款高密度基因分型面板，均提供了经过质量控制的Plink格式基因型文件，包含三类配套文件（*.bed、*.bim及*.fam）。
