资源简介:
In particular, our main hypotheses were that: 1) combined application of mineral and organic (i.e., crop straw or green manure) fertilizers increased bacterial abundance and diversity, and affected bacterial community structure and predicted function more strongly that mineral fertilization alone by greater elevated soil properties; 2) contrasting patterns of bacterial abundance, community structure and predicted function might be found between soils with application of crop straw and green manure; and 3) mineral fertilization might increase the relative abundance of plant pathogens while organic application inhibited plant pathogens and/or increased certain plant-beneficial bacterial taxa.
