3D territories of Willow Warblers (data) and R script MCP

Dataset includes the following information: males - color ring combination of each male, X - longitude (relative in meters), Y - latitude (relative in meters), Z - height of the bird position in a biotope.R script MCP estimates minimal convex polygons of neighboring territories with/without overlap and plot two MCPs on the same graph.

本数据集包含以下信息：雄性个体相关数据——每只雄性的彩色环志脚环组合；X代表经度（以米为相对单位），Y代表纬度（以米为相对单位），Z代表该鸟类在生境中的位置高度。配套R脚本可通过MCP（Minimal Convex Polygon）方法估算存在重叠或无重叠的相邻领地的最小凸多边形，并将两个MCP绘制于同一张图表中。
