Our findings will initially map out the downstream signal pathways of Akt and AR mutual feedback to regulate CaP metastasis through the study of these scientific assumptions, which will provide targets for the development of new precise treatments for prostate cancer. we knockout Akt1 and Akt2 genes in CaP CWR22rv1 cells to study effects of Akt1/2 knockout on metastasis in CaP CWR22rv1 cells in vitro and in vivo.
