Orthomam species body mass annotation

Supplementary data for our article "Phylogenetic detection of protein sites associated with<br> continuous traits". These data were used to perform simulations under a mutation-selection model to compare a model of genotype associations to a continuous trait against discrete models, on their ability to detect protein sites associated to the phenotype. Includes : a phylogeny of 116 mammalian species, reconstructed from the Orthomam database, using IQ-TREE; a table of body mass trait for each of the species.本论文《与连续性状相关的蛋白质位点的系统发育检测》（Phylogenetic detection of protein sites associated with continuous traits）的补充数据集。该数据集用于在突变-选择模型（mutation-selection model）框架下开展模拟实验，以对比基因型-连续性状关联模型与离散模型在检测与表型相关蛋白质位点时的性能优劣。数据集包含以下内容：一是基于Orthomam数据库、通过IQ-TREE软件重构得到的116个哺乳动物物种的系统发育树；二是各对应物种的体质量性状数据表。
