Greening the Gavel: How Environmental Courts Reshape Corporate ESG Performance in China?

This replication package contains all files required to reproduce the empirical results in the paper “Greening the Gavel: How Environmental Courts Reshape Corporate ESG Performance in China.” The package is organized into four folders:
1) Dofile/: Stata do-files for data analysis and figure/table generation
2) Dta/: Final merged dataset used for all regressions
3) data/: Raw and intermediate datasets used to construct key variables
4) output/: Regression tables and figures generated by the do-files
All empirical analyses are conducted using Stata.

本复制包包含复现论文《赋予法槌绿色内涵：中国环境法院如何重塑企业环境、社会和公司治理（Environmental, Social and Governance，简称ESG）绩效》（"Greening the Gavel: How Environmental Courts Reshape Corporate ESG Performance in China"）中实证结果所需的全部文件。本数据包共分为四个文件夹：
1) Dofile/：用于开展数据分析及图表制作的Stata do文件
2) Dta/：用于所有回归分析的最终合并数据集
3) data/：用于构建核心变量的原始数据集与中间数据集
4) output/：由do文件生成的回归结果表格与可视化图形
所有实证分析均通过Stata软件完成。
