The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of hydrocortisone on osteosarcoma cells and its molecular mechanism, so as to determine whether they can be new therapeutic agents for osteosarcoma. osteosarcoma cells were cultured in vitro and they were divided into control group and HC group. transcriptome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis were performed to analyze the effect of the drugs.
