CX3CR1cre_IABflox_Tcell_counts

This excel contains the dataset from CX3CR1 Cre/+ and CX3CR1 Cre/+ IAB flox/flox mice transduced with AAV2-SYN. Four weeks post-transduction, brains were collected, labelled with anti-CD4, and imaged on a brightfield microscope. An ROI was drawn around the ventral midbrain and the total number of CD4+ cells within that ROI was quantified.
