Rabbit Achilles tenocytes proliferation: Alamar Blue® assay data for cell cultures with or without high molecular weight hyaluronic acid having a molecular weight range of 1.01-1.8 MDa

We present data for the cell proliferation of rabbit Achilles tenocytes isolated from three female New Zealand white rabbits, assessed by the Alamar Blue® proliferation assay, with or without supplementation of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (HMW HA). For HMW HA supplementation, a physiological concentration of 1.4 mg/mL was applied. In detail, standard curves of Alamar Blue® assay are provided, and fluorescence intensities as well as calculated cell numbers for time points 0, 3, 5, 7 and 14 days of in vitro culture, respectively. Furthermore, calculated doubling times are given.

本数据集呈现了从3只雌性新西兰白兔体内分离得到的兔跟腱肌腱细胞的增殖实验数据，细胞增殖情况通过Alamar Blue®增殖检测法进行评估，实验设置添加与不添加高分子量透明质酸（high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, HMW HA）两组。其中添加组采用1.4 mg/mL的生理浓度。具体内容包含Alamar Blue®检测的标准曲线，以及体外培养第0、3、5、7和14天各时间点的荧光强度与计算所得的细胞数量。此外，本数据集还提供了经计算得到的细胞倍增时间。
