Raw data of Basil plants grown in a greenhouse in NL in different soilless root environments (Aeroponic, Hydroponic deep water and Ebb-flood). Data describes root oxygen conditions, plant growth (root and shoot) and physiological responses such as aerenchyma formation (derived from OCT imaging) and ethylene accumulation in the root tissue. Experiments were carried out in 2 consecutive years (slightly different focus of research each year) with 3 repetitions in time each year.

本数据集为荷兰(NL)温室中种植于不同无土根系栽培环境(气雾栽培(Aeroponic)、深水水培(Hydroponic deep water)与潮汐灌溉(Ebb-flood))的罗勒(Basil)植株原始数据。数据集涵盖根系氧环境参数、植株(根系与地上部分)生长状况,以及通气组织(aerenchyma)形成(源自光学相干断层扫描(OCT)成像)、根系组织内乙烯积累等生理响应相关数据。实验连续开展两年,每年研究侧重点略有差异,且每年设置3次时间重复实验。
