PHENO_MaizE Pipeline Dataset: UAV-Based High-Throughput Phenotyping in Maize

This dataset accompanies the PHENO_MaizE Pipeline software and provides an example dataset for demonstrating and reproducing the complete workflow for UAV-based high-throughput phenotyping in maize. The dataset includes both raw UAV-derived inputs and processed vegetation-index tables. The raw data enable reproduction of the complete feature-extraction workflow, whereas the processed data allow users to evaluate and test the machine-learning modules without repeating image processing.
