The dataset is sourced from the Bureau of Data Technology, Industry and Information Technology of Qian'an City. It was generated during the performance of duties related to building energy consumption management under the Digital Qian'an initiative. The dataset contains building energy consumption information of Qian'an City, and can be utilized for building energy consumption monitoring, start-stop monitoring of energy uses such as electricity, heating and natural gas, as well as large language model (LLM) training.
