This work constructed the nano-and submicro-structured oxide layers on Ti alloy by a novel ultrasonic shot peening-induction heating approach, which was rapid, economical, environmentally friendly and easily processable. Besides, the significant transformation of nanoscale and submicroscale structures of oxide layers was achieved and theoretically analyzed. The special micro-nano complex oxide hierarchical structures possessed the better long-term osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs, and have better potential for controllable preparation of nano/micro-scale structures and their clinical application.

本研究采用一种新型超声喷丸-感应加热(ultrasonic shot peening-induction heating)工艺,在钛合金表面制备了纳米-亚微米结构氧化层,该工艺具有快速、经济、环保且易于加工的优势。此外,本研究实现了氧化层纳米与亚微米尺度结构的显著转变,并完成了理论分析。这种特殊的微纳复合氧化层分级结构,可显著促进骨髓间充质干细胞(Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells, BMSCs)的长期成骨分化,在纳米/微米尺度结构的可控制备及其临床应用领域具备更优潜力。
