The SVP-SDH molecular module regulates flower bud dormancy by modulating sorbitol metabolism

This dataset contains processed data for spatial transcriptome analyses of Camellia japonica floral buds, including sequencing data from two slides. Slide 1 corresponds to floral buds undergoing floral organ differentiation, while Slide 2 is derived from a dormant floral bud. All basic information regarding clustering, spot-level gene expression, and the associated H5 files is included.本数据集包含山茶花（Camellia japonica）花芽空间转录组分析的处理后数据，涵盖两张玻片的测序数据。玻片1对应正处于花器官分化进程中的花芽，玻片2则来源于休眠花芽。数据集涵盖聚类分析、斑点（Spot）水平基因表达及相关H5文件的全部基础信息。
