资源简介:
80 participants learned a very large number of 640 word-pairs over the course of an entire day and then either slept or stayed awake during the night. Recall was tested after another night of regular sleep.
Multiple control measures have been taken: working memory (OSPAN; Unsworth et al., 2005), word generation task (RWT; Aschenbrenner et al., 2000), reaction speed (PVT; Dinges & Kribbs, 1991), subjective sleepiness (SSS; Hoddes et al., 1973), actimetry data.
Participants received adequate monetary compensation for their contribution and provided written informed consent prior to the experiment. The study was approved by the local ethics committee.
