Harmful Algal Bloom (HAB) Event Information from 2011 to 2020 for the Scripps Pier in San Diego California

Data collected for each harmful algal bloom (HAB) based on individual event IDs for the San Diego Scripps Pier form 2011 to 2020. Water samples and net tows are collected once per week at piers to monitor for HAB species, the neurotoxin domoic acid, and water quality data including temperature, chlorophyll-a, and nutrients. Contains data on event date, organism type, organism quantity, organism taxonomy, organism kingdom, measurements, measurement results, and measurement unit.
