Whole genome sequencing of Bacillus pseudomycoides SAS-B1 isolated from soil

Bacillus psuedomycoides is a salt tolerant- gram positive rod shaped bacteria. The bacteria is closely related species with B. cereus and B. mycoides which differ from them on the basis of fatty acid composition. The bacteria showed a remarkable potential to produce polyhydroxy butyrate under osmotic stress conditions.
