TEM images and ET z-stack (ET11) used for computing the size and density of cerebellar MFT vesicles and GC nuclei. ImageJ/Fiji particle outlines are included.
本数据集包含透射电子显微镜（Transmission Electron Microscopy, TEM）图像与电子断层扫描（Electron Tomography, ET）z轴堆叠序列（ET11），用于计算小脑苔藓纤维末梢（Mossy Fiber Terminals, MFT）囊泡与颗粒细胞（Granule Cell, GC）细胞核的尺寸与密度，且附带ImageJ/Fiji软件生成的粒子轮廓。
