Penaeus monodon Raw sequence reads

This project contain 6 samples (3 from Large-sized and 3 from Small-sized) of RNA-seq data from hepatopancreas tissue of adult Penaeus monodon. This study is focused on the comparative transcriptome profiling of large and small-sized Penaeus monodon. This study can provide a valuable insights into the genetics underlying the variation in size among individuals.
