Datasets of Inconsistency across gene implication methods complicates GWAS follow-up

Simulated data used for ensemble gene implication methods test, and results of 36 human blood cell GWAS traits using 6 gene implication methods with GTEx whole blood eQTL.本数据集包含用于集成基因推定方法测试的模拟数据，以及结合基因型组织表达（Genotype-Tissue Expression, GTEx）全血组织表达数量性状位点（expression Quantitative Trait Loci, eQTL）数据，采用6种基因推定方法对36个人类血细胞全基因组关联研究（Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS）性状进行分析后得到的结果。
