OMMT-Fibre: textile fibres acquired using OptoMechanical Modulation Tomography (OMMT)

Description This dataset contains compressed sensing images of fluorescent textile fibres acquired using OptoMechanical Modulation Tomography (OMMT). The dataset was collected to illustrate a reconstruction algorithm for 3D fluorescence microscopy data that uses a 1+2D TV regularization to enforce volumetric coherence constraints while being efficient to compute.
