Gated emission spectra of Sm2+-doped γ-Al2O3 coatings from 25 to 400 °C (data for gated spectral regression thermometry)
收藏资源简介:
Gated emission spectra of Sm2+-doped γ-Al2O3 coatings, grown by plasma electrolytic oxidation on 99.9% aluminium foil, recorded at set temperatures from 25 to 400 °C, together with repeatability and pulse-energy series at 350 °C and the derived result tables read by the figure script. The data accompany the manuscript “Beyond Intensity Ratios: Gated Spectral Regression for Luminescence Thermometry of γ-Al2O3:Sm2+” and the analysis code at https://github.com/aleksandarciric83/gated-spectral-regression-thermometry. Files measurements_RAW_data.zip: 41 text files exported from the Andor Solis software (.asc). One kinetic series of 40 gates per set temperature (file names such as 25C 467mJ 752mJ 613mJ.asc), plus Hg.asc, a single spectrum (wavelength, counts) that the analysis does not use. The three numbers in a file name are mean energies in mJ, and the third is used as the pulse energy in the analysis. The analysis uses the 34 set points 25, 30 and 40 to 350 °C in steps of 10 °C. The files for 360 to 400 °C are included and are not used in the manuscript. The 200 °C set point has two series, and the file with “reg” in its name is used. repeatability.xlsx: repeated acquisitions at 350 °C in the gates 0 to 50 µs and 100 to 150 µs. The sheet names give the gate and the mean pulse energy. power_dependence.xlsx: acquisitions at mean pulse energies of 573, 594, 616 and 639 mJ, one sheet per energy. derived_results.zip: tables and arrays produced by the analysis scripts (folders v6_out and v10_out and two csv files) that make_figures_v13.py reads. The archive is unpacked into the code folder of the repository. Acquisition (from the file headers): Andor DH734 intensified CCD, cooled to −25 °C, behind a Shamrock SR303i spectrograph (150 lines/mm, blaze 500 nm, centre 642.99 nm), kinetics mode with external trigger, 40 gates of 50 µs width, first delay 50 ns, delay step 50 µs, exposure 0.045 s with 30 accumulations per frame, 1024 wavelength channels from 500.7 to 785.2 nm, data type counts (background corrected). Spurious-noise and data-averaging filters of the camera software were off. Use. Download the files, unpack the raw archive into data/spectra of the code repository and follow its README. Funding.
