Data set for Investigation of inhibitors targeting interaction between HSD10 and amyloid-β as potential treatment for Alzheimer's disease

The dataset provides relevant raw and processed Data supporting the manuscript "Investigation of inhibitors targeting interaction between HSD10 and amyloid-β as potential treatment for Alzheimer’s disease". The dataset is organized in 7 folders, each of which is named after a Figure/Table in the manuscript or its related Supplementary information. Only figures/tables reporting experimental results are included in the dataset. The table depicting molecular structures of investigated molecules is excluded from the dataset.
