All possible boolean models with link operator mutations from CASCADE 1.0

This dataset has the results of using the abmlog package on the cancer signaling CASCADE 1.0 topology (77 nodes, 149 edges). Models are stored in <strong>.bnet</strong> (model structure in boolean equations based on the BoolNet R package) and <strong>.gitsbe</strong> format (boolean model structure + attractors, see documentation).
