Mean abundances of the KOs and pathways in hematophagous and non-hematophagous bats and birds are provided.本数据集收录了经ANCOM分析得到的、吸血与非吸血蝙蝠及鸟类间存在差异丰度的KOs（KEGG直系同源基因，KEGG Orthologs）与KEGG通路（KEGG pathways）的完整清单，以及各条目对应的功能描述。宿主组（Host group）字段用于指明该特征被判定为差异丰度的宿主类群。本数据集同时提供了吸血与非吸血蝙蝠及鸟类体内KOs与各通路的平均丰度数值。
