VPRS 6430 Personal Description Registers Of Prisoners Received

The purpose of the registers was to maintain a record, including personal description, of prisoners received into custody. Information recorderd includes the local gaol number assigned to the prisoner; prisoner's registered number; name; number of previous convictions; date of birth; birthplace; physical description; descriptive marks; religion; ability to read or write; occupation; date photographed; date finger printed; home address; when received; where from; purpose; offence; sentence date; sentence, court and judge.

本登记册旨在为收押入狱的囚犯留存包含其个人情况描述的记录。所记录的信息包括：分配给囚犯的当地监狱编号、囚犯登记编号、姓名、前科次数、出生日期、出生地、体貌特征、标识性特征、宗教信仰、读写能力、职业、拍照日期、指纹采集日期、家庭住址、收押时间、收押来源地、收押事由、所犯罪行、判决日期、刑罚、审理法院及承办法官。
