We performed microarray analysis in order to evaluate the combination effect of the mitochondrial matrix chaperone inhibitor gamitrinib-triphenylphosphonium (G-TPP) and Liver X receptor agonist LXR623 on gene expression in stem cell like glioma cells (NCH644). Overall design: NCH644 cells were treated with 1 µM of G-TPP, 5 µM of LXR623, both treatments, or neither treatment, in 0.1% DMSO. After 24 hours treatment, total RNA was isolated and analyzed.
