LTPI GWAS summary generated from UK Biobank application

This repository contains a series of GWAS summary data files, each pertaining to a specific disease. The files are named according to the disease they relate to and are available in two versions: LTPI and PHECODE. The naming convention for each file follows the pattern [Disease]_[AnalysisType].txt.gz, where [Disease] is replaced with the specific disease name (e.g., Bowel_cancer, Breast_cancer) and [AnalysisType] indicates the type of analysis, either LTPI or PHECODE.本仓库包含一系列全基因组关联分析（Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS）汇总数据文件，每份文件对应一种特定疾病。所有文件均以其所关联的疾病命名，共提供LTPI与PHECODE两种版本。每份文件的命名规则遵循`[疾病名称]_[分析类型].txt.gz`格式，其中`[疾病名称]`替换为具体疾病名称（例如Bowel_cancer、Breast_cancer），`[分析类型]`用于标注分析类型，仅支持LTPI或PHECODE两种取值。
