TEMPERSEA is a gridded temperature product for the Red Sea covering in the period 1958-2017 at monthly resolution. The product covers the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden with a spatial resolution of 0.25°x 0.25° and 23 vertical levels. This product is based on a large number of in-situ observations collected in the region. After a specific quality control, a mapping algorithm has been applied to homogenize the data. Also, an estimate of the accuracy of the product has been generated to accurately define the uncertainties of the product.TEMPERSEA是一款面向红海的网格化温度数据集，时间跨度为1958年至2017年，时间分辨率为月度。该数据集涵盖红海与亚丁湾海域，空间分辨率为0.25°×0.25°，包含23个垂直分层。本数据集基于该区域收集的大量原位观测（in-situ observations）数据，经特定质量控制（quality control）流程后，采用映射算法（mapping algorithm）对数据进行均一化处理。此外，研究团队还生成了该数据集的精度评估结果，以精准界定其不确定性范围。
