We present all the data and code used to perform the analyses in the paper, it includes the full list of taxa and the sources of the material, diet, mechanical advantage values, and data and code for: time-scaling phylogeny, running PCA of jaw shape coordinates, visualising mechanical advantage values on a phylogeny, performing Procustes ANOVAs and phylogenetic flexible discriminant analysis.
