Survey of 484 Denver Homeless Individuals Regarding Public Health Consequences of Criminalization of Homelessness

This dataset includes responses from a community-based participatory research project conducted in collaboration between researchers at the University of Colorado Denver and Denver Homeless Out Loud, a community coalition with strong involvement of current and former people experiencing homelessness. This study was conducted with approval from the institutional review board at the University of Colorado Denver. <br>The 36 question survey of 484 persons experiencing homelessness focused on respondents' experiences with police in Denver, CO, and on their self-reported personal safety and health conditions.<br>The survey was conducted through the winter of 2018 and spring of 2019.<br><br> <br><br>
