Chatham Sound Adapter Deployed 2016-03-30

The Advantech ADAM-6217 Ethernet Module (S/N IAA9112799) was deployed on 2016-03-30 at Chatham Sound. Chatham Sound is a sound on the North Coast of British Columbia, located between Dundas and Stephens Islands and the Tsimpsean Peninsula near Prince Rupert. This device is a Adapter. Instrument adapters connect a variety of sensors and instruments. Typically, these devices do not collect any data, and our digital infrastructure system does not communicate with them. It was deployed on a fixed platform. Data from this deployment were archived and made available through Ocean Networks Canada's Oceans 3.0 digital infrastructure, with quality assurance and derived data products following established practices.
