Aducanumab Fc dead bulk RNAseq

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of aducanumab with and without Fc effector function (Fc dead) on APP/PS1 amyloid mice. Male mice 41-57 weeks were treated with two 40 mg/kg doses, spaced two weeks apart, of either aducanumab, Fc dead aducanumab, or IgG control. Mice were harvested 1 week after the final dose. RNA was extracted from snap frozen forebrains with the Qiagen RNeasy Mini Plus Kit. Library preparation and sequencing were performed by Novogene.
