Quality of water intended for human consumption - detail parameters

The dataset contains the results of the periodic checks carried out on water intended for human consumption by the ATS through the structures of the SIAN (Food Hygiene and Nutrition Service). SIAN is responsible for the control and monitoring of the hygienic and health quality of food and beverages, including drinking water and mineral water, at all stages. The frequency of monitoring the quality of the withdrawal water and the parameters to be monitored are established by Legislative Decree 31/2001.本数据集收录了由ATS依托SIAN（食品卫生与营养服务处，Food Hygiene and Nutrition Service）相关机构开展的供人类饮用水定期检测的结果。 SIAN负责全流程各阶段的食品及饮料（含饮用水与矿泉水）的卫生与健康质量管控与监测工作。取水水质的监测频次及需监测的参数均由2001年第31号立法法令规定。
