针对单培养(C组)以及受a) 粘质沙雷氏菌(Serratia proteamaculans)S4、b) 普城沙雷氏菌(Serratia plymuthica)AS13侵染的立枯丝核菌(R. solani),对其基因表达的FPKM值经log₂转换后绘制的主成分分析(Principal Component Analysis,PCA)图。图中散点代表映射至主成分(PC)的基因表达值,箭头用以体现各实验条件与主成分的依赖关系。注:FPMK即每百万片段映射的外显子每千碱基片段数(fragments per kilobase of exon per million fragments mapped)。
