Raw image dataset for TUNEL analysis of Wdr62 genetrap testis sections. <br>TUNEL staining was performed using the Fluorescein in situ cell death detection kit (Roche) according to manufacturer’s instructions. Images were captured on Leica SP8 inverted confocal microscope (Leica Microsystems). <br>

本数据集为用于Wdr62基因陷阱（genetrap）睾丸组织切片TUNEL分析的原始图像数据集。
实验采用罗氏（Roche）生产的荧光素原位细胞死亡检测试剂盒，按照试剂盒说明书操作进行TUNEL染色。
图像采集使用徕卡显微系统（Leica Microsystems）的Leica SP8倒置共聚焦显微镜完成。
