Statistics of DNA fragments recovered from the simulated PEs of bacteria.

On the simulated PE libraries of (a) P. brasiliensis and (b) E. coli, we calculate the percentages of recovered DNA fragments via dividing by the corresponding numbers of PEs. The percentages of correctly and perfectly recovered fragments are calculated via dividing by the number of the recovered DNA fragments for each category of PEs.针对（a）巴西副球孢子菌（Paracoccidioides brasiliensis，P. brasiliensis）和（b）大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli，E. coli）的模拟双端测序（Paired-End，PE）文库，我们以对应文库的PE总数为分母，计算回收DNA片段的占比；对于每一类PE，准确且完整回收的片段占比，则以该类别下回收的DNA片段总数为分母进行计算。
